Our Story
Arolo was founded by network engineers who spent decades designing backbone networks, supporting Tier-1 operators, and watching the same problems repeat themselves. Manual configurations. Configuration drift. Deployments that take weeks. Incidents that trace back to a lack of visibility.
We built Prelude because we knew it was possible to do better, by giving engineers a platform to scale and accelerates, still with control.
Our Approach
Our focus is narrow and deep: network configuration, deployment, monitoring and operations. It takes shape in Prelude, our modular automation suite organized in three abstraction layers that engineers adopt at their own pace. Around the suite, we deliver tailored integrations and custom development, alongside your engineers.
Our People
More than 30 years of experience in the networking industry. Alain worked for 14 years as a Consultant for Cisco, supporting operators and media companies in engineering and evolving their core networks.
Spent the first 9 years of his career at Cisco, helping Service Providers of EMEA to design their backbone networks and migrate toward Segment Routing.
During his 6 years at Cisco, automated the operational verification of a major French telecom operator's core network and supported automation on the Paris 2024 Olympic Games sites.
